New Client Policy

A $50 deposit is required for any lash full set scheduled. This deposit will go towards your total cost. Please fill out the consent form you will receive after booking your appointment online. 

24 Hour Cancellation 

We understand that plans may change and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs to the best of our ability. However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and our business, we have implemented the following policy:

We kindly request you to provide at least a 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% charge of the service scheduled. 

No Call - No Show will result in a 100% of the service scheduled charged before booking another appointment with HBR.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand unforeseen circumstances may cause you to be delayed for your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients effectively we have implemented the following late arrival policy:

  • Clients are given a 10-min grace period from the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive within this time frame, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment duration. However, please note that your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.
  • If you arrive more than 10 mins late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, this is to ensure we can maintain our scheduled day and provide quality service to all clients.

Eyelash Extension Appointment Preparation & Aftercare

To ensure the best possible results and experience during your lash appointment we kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment with clean lashes.

Please avoid caffeine before your appointment as it may cause restlessness and could potentially delay the appointment.

Eyelash Extension Aftercare:

  • Cleanse your lashes daily- this prevents any buildup that can lead to irritation
  • Gently brush your lashes daily-  this helps maintain their style 
  • Avoid heat and steam
  • Avoid oil based products around your eyes
  • Refrain from using mascara and the lash curler
  • Please refrain from picking your eyelash extensions as it may pose a risk of damaging your natural lashes

To maintain your eyelash extensions fullness and length, schedule your fills every 2-3 weeks. Anything past the 3 week period is considered a full set.

Refund Policy

Due to hygienic reasons and the nature of the lash industry we are not able to accept returns on products. If a product is defective or damaged send us an email at her05beauty@icloud.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. Once you have an approval send item back within 7 days after you received it and we will replace it for you. 

Her Beauty Room LLC is not held liable for anything that could occur when using our products. When purchasing our products you agree to any risks that could happen.
